I do and I didn't even make a turkey! Anyway, I Googled turkey recipes hoping to find some inspiration and... there really is a website for almost everything these days! I was reminded that I really need to get myself a good, basic cookbook (I have one in mind, more about that later) but for now, the interweb is my friend. I had a moment's pause last night wondering how I would find ideas/resources/factoids for my class without the 'net. I don't have the same access to vast library resources that I did in T.O. Fortunately I do have access and use it for educational purposes fairly often, score one for technology.
Ok, so I'm off to try making some yummy turkey chowder. Keep your fingers crossed I end up with something delicious!

Yeah, I figure that in the near future someone will make some kind of electronic cook book ... probably mostly because many people no longer have pantries to store vast resources of cookbooks anymore, and all the old ones are covered in flour and vanilla and egg, and pretty much illegible (unless you think it's fun to be guessing at the amount of baking soda to put in your banana pancakes ;)).
Oh, btw, just got your comment about Blue Like Jazz; glad you were enjoying it! Did you end up getting your own copy?
